What documents do I need to purchase Bitcoin?

To purchase more than $2,999 in a single day at a BudgetCoinz Bitcoin ATM, you'll need your driver's license and SSN. We now accept passports as a form of personal identification. Otherwise, you may transact up to $2,999 every day. Once you provide your driver's license and SSN, you may purchase up to $25,000 daily at a BudgetCoinz Bitcoin ATM. You may register online or at the ATM directly.

Why is my Bitcoin not showing up?

All Bitcoin purchases are instant and should show up in your wallet immediately after the transaction. Depending on the number of transactions in the blockchain queue, your transaction may be delayed, but will always be delivered. If your funds do not show up in your wallet within 20 minutes, try reopening the application. Depending on the application you are using, you may have to force close the application and reopen it to see your updated wallet balance. You can always check the status of your transaction on the public blockchain by going to www.blockchain.com and entering your destination wallet address in the search. If you reside in Minnesota (MN), all transactions for new customers will be held for 72 hours from the time of purchase.
